That's how Jellyfish Solutions started.
I embarked on this journey January 2026 because I noticed a recurring pattern within teams, and I recognised that the increasing adoption of AI and automation would only lead to more challenges.
Good people are working hard but feeling overwhelmed by ineffective processes. Despite having tools, complexity increases.
Most teams struggle with clarity, not capability. They lack work visibility and clear priorities, leading to pressure and frustration.
I care about how work feels for individuals; efficient systems should reduce stress, increase clarity, and empower teams.
The best systems not only function but also make work easier.
So, why do we go by the name Jellyfish Solutions?
The answer is quite straightforward - Jellyfish gracefully move with the current, just as effective processes ought to!

I’ve spent my career working across marketing, operations, and capability — leading initiatives that improve workflows, systems, and team effectiveness.
Some of the work I’ve delivered includes:
